Who told you that? Cos it's nonce sense. If you want to race in a BRCA national race you must be a member of the BRCA. To prove membership it is quite reasonable for the race director to ask for you to show your BRCA card.
Please read page 14 of your BRCA handbook.

HI Guys,
Traffic permitting hope to be their between 7.30 and 8 with booking in commencing 8.20ish.
Sorry can not do the Saturday, doing time with the captain in his chain gang

ok guys have we a postcode for the track

i tried sat nav and its saying snitterfield road
and dam thing asks for house number then lol
our lass bought me a tent and gave me a pass out for saturday night lol
well she told me to F off out
