Evening all,

Following on from Steve's post concerning the submission of AGM topics I have created a number of dedicated topic areas for those proposals which you would like the LSOR committee to bring up at the forthcoming AGM.

I have already spoken to RoverMan and he is happy for this forum to be used to discuss any topics ahead of the AGM but only those proposals contained within the linked area

will be handed to the 2009 committee members for discussion at Octobers AGM.

All AGM proposals need to be in by the penultimate meeting (19th September) of the 2008 series and all proposals are to have an nominee. This time-frame will enable them all to be collated and further distributed via the various forums to enable ALL BRCA large scale members to have their say.

Darren, have you taken the proposals from here? Or do we have to join another forum or are proposals wont go through?

I will try and find the proposals from within the old thread and post within the appropriate area but if any of the originators wish to email me them then I will add directly so nothing is missed.

Likewise if anyone does not wish to register to submit a proposal then they can be emailed to me for posting.

Like I said I'm trying to make it easier for the new committee to find the actual 2008/9 proposals instead of searching through a mass of postings.

Roverman is happy for all discussion on here, looking forward to seeing the various debates.

i think its a very good idea that you are sorting out the bit for the AGM
but
can you please make the new forum open so that every one can see it
with out have ing the register
other wise its a closed system witch is not fair to every one.
