Strange that. I looked at the wing mount on the Cleon Ben is building, and I thought that part looked a weak area. Are they prone to busting? I suspect they may be.

Hi Ian,

Looked on the website but the Picture is very small Sad

Any chance of posting the Picture up on here so we can see the piece clearly ?

or on your site, make the image " clickable " so when you click on it, it will bring up the enlarged image ?

Cheers and nice work.

Ben

Recently bought a pair of Ians uprated wing mounts, but not fitted them on yet, as Im quite happy with my plastic ones, till they break!.

One thing Ive noticed is the bodywork mounting lugs are square, where as the holes in my current shell are round, to match the plastic pins.

Should I whittle down the square lugs to be round, or use a sharp knife to cut square holes in the bodyshell?

I would make the holes in the bodyshell suit the lugs on the wing mounts but what i have done is also fit the hoerman body fixing mounts to the side pods this gives extra support to the bodyshell and it doesent flap around as much Idea
