I was having a look in my local model shop the other day, and saw that he has a Carson Attack 1/5th scale at £299

Now we know its not the best car in the world, but for the price of an expensive exhaust you can get a whole car.

Thought that was a good deal for anyone thinking about having a go.

If carson atack is a copy of FG marder and smartech traveller is a copy of a carson attack and riverhobby crocodile is a copy of a smartech traveller and hobby-pro mutilator is a copy of a riverhobby crocodile, I want to know, why isn't the mutilator worth copying or did Duratrax do that? Confused

No need to answer that question. Smile

My point is, there's a lot of parts availablilty for these cheap cars which is good cause they break frequently. I know because I own a Traveller which is only 10% original. I beleive all that's is left is the chassis plate and the roll cage and the front arms, all of which are key components which I have chosen to keep as cheap sacrificial elements. Everthing else has been replaced in the endless search for durability.

Before you say it, i know,

I should buy a (insert make and model here)!
