Hi Rick
As Mike says no major changes are needed, and that is what is being reported back from most of the drivers,
The factory have been toying with a zero offset car but there is a lot of resistance from the distributors because we dont want to compromise the strength that we currently have.
Also uniquely the distributors for each country have an influence in the spec of the car to suit the tracks of thier respective countries, and our current 09 car as delivered is a HF spec long wheelbase car. For the first part i will ensure the car is continued to be imported into the UK at the current spec level, except all new cars will have the uprated brake mastercylinder fitted as standard.
Ian as the factory driver will get to test any new developments and he will assertain if they are an improvement before HF consider changing the specification...... If it aint broke dont fix it !
All this is done so as to protect customers from unessacary cost or dissapointment or loss of ruggedness in the car
So in conclusion..... no immediate major changes
Regards
John
