Go out, have fun and race it like you stole it.
Cheers,

if they drove the cleons like they stole em they'd only last half a lap instead of 2!! |
Hi Carpy,
Do not know who you may be.
The statement you made I find mis leading and insinuating the Cleon would be a bad car.
I have a different (true it is biased) opinion; the results of last weekend however shows the car can do more than half a lap.
In this same weekend as your nationals 3 races in NL/BE/DE where the Cleon also competed were seen 3 wins of the Cleon.
All 3 wins with huge time and lap differances.
Not strong competitors, stupid luck?
One of the team drivers was winning over a pilot that is currently national champion. Another win was for one of our first customers that did beat a hormann team driver coming 2nd by +3R.
3rd place got +5R.
Both 2nd and 3rd are respected top 5 national level pilots for more years.
Kristiaan looks to be a talent in his 2nd year, nevertheles +3R on no2 is a lot.
How is it possible that the Cleon can win.
According your opinion the car must be real "5shite" as it makes only half a lap?
All I did was wishing you guys a good days racing. I did not mean to trigger you Carpy on posting your opinion on the Cleon in the topic of the nationals. Sorry if I did.
BR

hi onno, we do know each other, i shall say hello again in belgium.
the cleon is a very fast and good handling car under most conditions.in the uk the tracks are much rougher than on the continent, maybe it will be good to listen to the feedback from the english drivers to help get rid of the problems they are having over here?
i do like to take the p1ss, it is my humour. i'm sorry if i upset you, my comments were made after first hand experiences of my brothers car and andy knights car, they have had many problems and had to make many modifications to the cars to make it more reliable. i find this unacceptable on a car that has been over 2 years in development and costs so many pounds! therefore i take the p1ss out of them.
If you would like details of these modifications and failures please contact my brother on here- daz270 is his handle. _________________ TEAM SHITE........

Hi Onno,
Dont get upset by any comments made on this forum. Its whole idea of this forum was to get some light-hearted banter going between racers (I think ). A lot of the lads in who take part in LSOR over here enjoy the social and p*ss taking side as much as the racing. Anything you read will be very much tongue-in-cheek, not meant to actually offend anybody, but more to wind people up. . When something is written down, rather than spoken, it can be mis-read - probably because there is no tone of voice to add expression.

I love the car wars, it all evolves around taking the p1ss.
All part of racing
But things sometimes sound different when written instead of spoken. _________________

Now I really wonder who is Carpy
I will be more than happy to help your brother out with his car.
When he has trouble and needs help he could have dropped us a mail.
We should listen to feed back in the UK, explain me how in the world we should do that when you do not feed...
Sorry for spoiling the national thread of warstone guys.
Gues your pi$$ing wasn't amusing to me and just felt I had to react.
I wish to leave it at this point, when you need me drop a mail as stated above.
See you all soon.

Hi onno, now i am confused. Andy knight had arranged for you to contact my brother regarding problems with the car, he then had a message from andy saying that you were too busy to talk to my brother?
We tried to feed you but you weren't hungry?!!!!! _________________ TEAM SHITE........

We will not go and search for our customers through forums, that is impossible to keep up with. There are to many of them in the world.
When you need help, just drop us a mail like I mentioned before.
You understood fully wrong from Andy, also I never wrote him that.
My answer to him was the very same as I stated above.
wonderfull example what starts at person 1 comes out fully twisted at no 3. |
