Stevo,

I fired the engine up today for the 1st time.
Primed with fuel, 2 pulls with chock on, 2 pulls with it off and fired right up.
Sat there on tick over running for about 5min without a single glitch. Sounds really good.

I will update you soon, need to just run it in now, hopefully tomorrow.

Ben

It only makes a small difference having a choke or not having one
i take them of if people request or leave it on if they dont, as alot of people like to have the choke.

I personally dont run a choke on my own engines

Steve,

Pulled my engine yesterday, and she fired up no problem. Done the running in procedure on the stand, and ran it at the Nene today.

Had the rates right down for two tankfulls of easy running, the engine ran faultlesly and didnt miss a beat.

Good job, and many Thanks.

Ran the car / engine today at the Nene.
Well, Was it Good or was it Bad ???????

Was GREAT.

The car was a pleasure to drive, felt realy responsive, handled well and loved driving it. I was impressed with it out the box really. No Mods made just as it comes.
would like to see what its like in the Dry, found in the wet little grip on the back was an issue.

The Engine again, fired up after a few pulls. Ran a couple of 5-6 min runs on the stand, then 2 tanks at about 30% throttle.
Was amazed with the power band at such little revs.
I only ran a max of 50% throttle and was more than enough for todays conditions.

Cant wait till its a bit dryer and run it in some more.

Overall the car was great and Steve, the engine is sound so far.

Good Job EM & Steveo.

Magik
