Nothing to major happened for the off road relevant/specific rules-
The semi finals are now 20 minutes.
It's always 5 moving up from both semi finals now.
The penality for changing to a second engine has been changed to 11 places backwards if you qualified directly into the 1/4 or semi finals.
The tyre/wheel dimension rule that was voted in at the 2008 agm but defered for 2009 due to it effecting a manufacturer (hpi) is now valid.
Efra 2010 off road dates;-
7th - 9th May, Brest in France GP
28th - 30th May Croatia GP
25th - 27th June, Fehring, Austria GP
27th July - 1st August, Fehring, Austria.....European Championships
13th - 15th August, Kort UK GP
3rd - 5th September, Elshout, Holland GP
Dates/venues updated 6-11-09

So does that mean standard HPi Baja wheels/tyres are now banned from EFRA? |

The rule below which was defered for 2009 is now in force:-
5.4.8 Tires and wheels
Wheels diameter max 120 mm, with max 65 mm
Tires; max diameter 170mm with max 75 mm
Only tires made for off road use are allowed
The wheels have to be made for Large Scale
Any wheel or tyre that doesn't comply with the above rule is now banned.
